Job Description

  •  Full Time Position available.
  • Responsible for sautéing, charbroiling, baking, roasting and braising. 
  • Assist in the preparation of daily culinary production as it may pertain to their area and in fabrication of all meat items and produce items. 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in all food production and 2 years of Culinary degree trade school preferred. 
  • Must be Serve-Safe certified.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. 
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs with ease.
