Front Office Lead Agent

Job Description

This position supervises the Bell stand and Valet Department. 

The Front Office Lead provides assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative. In addition, they oversee and train all Bell/Valet Attendants in the carrying out of this purpose. The ideal candidate will understand able be able to follow through on the correct and appropriate check in and check out of guests and provide services to these guests in a courteous and professional manner. Moreover, they will consistently employ our operating visions and principles throughout the check in and check out process and while interacting with our guests at all times. 

Requirements

  • 1 year minimum experience in a customer service position, additional 1 year minimum experience in a customer service leadership role preferred
  • Must posses a valid Driver License
  • Must present a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred 
  • Must have good knowledge of computer systems  and Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as a member of a team
